Pathways Through Separation Seminar

I attended the GSFIT Pathways through Separation Seminar last night. Federal Magistrate Tom Altobelli was the guest speak and facilitator with a panel of representatives from various agencies. One of the main discussions centred around the sharing of information between agencies, FDRP's and the Courts and thinking of confidentiality in new ways that may be more beneficial for clients in the long run. Tom asked the participants to consider the notion of parties being asked if they would consent to forgoing confidentiality with confidentiality remaining if they did not give their consent.
